Jennifer Rivera is a dedicated professional with more than a decade of leadership, customer service, and community engagement experience. During her career with Wells Fargo, she advanced from teller to branch management, where she was known for building strong relationships, leading community outreach initiatives, and representing the company with professionalism, integrity, and compassion. After stepping away from banking to focus on raising her family, Jennifer followed her lifelong passion into the medical field, where she continues to find purpose in serving others with empathy, kindness, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Born and raised in Connecticut in a traditional Puerto Rican home, Jennifer's greatest lessons didn't come from a classroom—they came from her family. She grew up believing there should always be food on the table, an open door for those you love, and salsa music playing somewhere in the background. Those traditions taught her that sharing a meal, celebrating life's moments, and caring for others isn't just part of her culture—it's a way of life. Today, God and family remain at the center of everything she does. Jennifer is the proud mother of three beautiful children and is blessed with two bonus children whom she loves as her own. With two boys and two girls already in the family, her youngest daughter—her bright and spirited five-year-old—is affectionately known as the family's "tie-breaker." Whether at work, at home, or in her community, Jennifer strives to make everyone she meets feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
