The Court-Neutral Operating Framework™ (CNOF™) home study course, Litigation-Adjacent Therapy Training for Therapists, is available now as a self-paced, text-based online training offering 2.0 NBCC continuing education hours upon successful completion.

The course covers seven modules: recognizing role drift and opinion creep, the treating-versus-forensic role distinction, defensible documentation practices, the subpoena and legal request response ladder, court communication guardrails, escalation containment, and a dedicated module on Florida-specific privilege and confidentiality statutes (§90.503 and §491.0147).
