Nella Ciciulla-Albrecht is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), forensic evaluator, and systems-level strategist specializing in high-conflict family dynamics, court-involved cases, and mental health innovation.

She is the Founder and CEO of Bella Mental Health and Lighthouse Resolution Group, two multi-disciplinary practices providing outpatient therapy, forensic mental health evaluations, parenting coordination, mediation, and corporate wellness programs throughout Florida and beyond.

With over a decade of leadership in behavioral health, Nella operates at the intersection of clinical expertise, neuroscience-informed care, and operational strategy. Her work extends beyond symptom management — she focuses on pattern disruption, accountability, and structural change within individuals, families, and organizations.

Nella’s therapeutic style is direct, solution-focused, and grounded in integrative mental health principles. As a CIMHP, she incorporates evidence-based approaches that address the mind-body connection, including stress physiology, lifestyle interventions, nutrition awareness, and nervous system regulation. She challenges clients to move beyond insight and into measurable change.

Her forensic background includes serving as a Forensic Mental Health Director for a nonprofit agency and Court-Appointed Evaluator within Florida’s 18th Judicial Circuit. She holds specialized credentials as a:

Beyond clinical work, she consults with law firms, school systems, and corporations on high-conflict case management, mental health operations, and organizational wellness strategy. She designs structured programs that strengthen both human performance and systemic resilience.

She is also an Adjunct Professor at Florida Institute of Technology and host of the podcast Therapists Unhinged, where she explores mental health, leadership, and cultural accountability with bold clarity.
