Rebekah Russell, APRN-PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Rebekah is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan. She believes effective treatment begins with listening — understanding each patient’s lived experience, strengths, stressors, and goals before recommending any intervention.
Her approach is collaborative and integrative. Medication management is never one-size-fits-all; instead, Rebekah partners with patients to create individualized treatment plans that may include medication, lifestyle adjustments, and coordination with therapy providers. She prioritizes patient education so individuals feel informed, empowered, and confident in their care decisions.
Rebekah has a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, mood concerns, and transitional life stressors. She also supports individuals who may feel hesitant or uncertain about starting psychiatric treatment, offering a calm, respectful space where questions are welcomed and stigma is left at the door.
Known for her warm and steady presence, Rebekah creates a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free environment for patients of all backgrounds and identities. She is committed to providing care that is culturally responsive and trauma-informed.
Rebekah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She offers both in-person and telehealth appointments, including evening availability to accommodate busy schedules.
Outside of clinical work, she enjoys time outdoors, reading, and recharging with family.*
